Talking Transitions

We are excited to announce that the award winning Talking Transitions programme has joined City Family

​

We work with early years settings to deliver ‘Talking Transitions’, which helps to support the transition to ‘big school’ in September 2024.

​

How are we doing this?

​

Talking Transitions brings Early Years settings, Primary schools and Family Centres together, to focus children’s communication and language development and their emotional wellbeing.

 

These areas of development are essential, ensuring little ones start their new journey into school, are prepared and ready to face the challenges such a big change may bring.

​

Talking Transitions offers a ‘package’ of playful experiences for families to share together, prior to them starting school.
