From 2nd December 2024 YourFamily will become City Family’s point of entry for parents, carers and professionals via a dedicated Information and Guidance service

Parents and practitioners can connect with our friendly Navigators, who offer information and guidance for families with younger children.

​

They’re also here to listen and support on days that feel tough and can arrange for a family or children’s practitioner to support you in navigating many different aspects of family life, child development and parenting, including before your baby is born.

​

If English is not your first language we can arrange translation services too.

Our Reception area is open and staffed Monday to Saturday 10.30am-3pm, where our team can provide you with information and connect you with local services and organisations.​

Our weekly timetable of, drop-ins, groups and classes will be updated and published every month, some activities will require booking and some are turn up and play. 

​

We also deliver groups, classes and activities in the community and continue to coordinate the ABSS Parent, Family and Community Hub (SAVS), Alexandra Street, Southend
